A Year Around the Table
A year ago, we opened the doors to Bar Mercado with a simple idea: to create a place shaped by the energy of the market, the produce around us and the people who bring it all to life.
Over the past year, that idea has grown through every plate served, every glass poured and every person who has pulled up a seat at our table. From the growers and makers of Queen Victoria Market to our suppliers, collaborators, team and the guests who keep coming back, Bar Mercado has always been about the people behind it.
So, for our first anniversary, we're bringing everyone together for a week of special collaborations, returning favourites, experiences and celebrations of the people who have been part of our story.
