Market fresh, always. Our dishes draw on the bold flavours of South America, built with Melbourne’s best seasonal produce.
Think croquetas, ceviche, tacos and wood-fired corn to kick things off. Comfort comes in the form of Cubanos, paquitos and our signature arepas, while churros finish things on a sweet note. Each plate is designed to share, paired with cocktails, wine or cerveza chosen to match.

GOLDEN MERCADO
Inspired by the hidden courtyard gardens of old Spain, Jardín Secreto is a bright and aromatic highball that layers crisp gin with delicate elderflower, fresh cucumber, and a whisper of absinthe. The result is cool, herbal, and refreshing, with a subtle anise finish that lingers like a secret only the garden knows.
Abuela’s Secret
A cocktail inspired by old family recipes passed quietly through generations, Abuela’s Secret combines aged rum with herbal Bénédictine, earthy Cynar, and a delicate touch of peated whisky. Rich, warming, and slightly smoky, it delivers a deep, nostalgic character that feels like discovering something treasured in your grandmother’s kitchen.
Jardín Secreto
Created to capture the lively spirit of a Queen Victoria Market at golden hour, Golden Mercado is vibrant, elegant, and celebratory. Vodka, passionfruit, elderflower and Licor 43 meet sparkling wine for a drink that is floral, tropical, and lightly effervescent, bright enough to begin the evening and refined enough to carry it through.
El Diablo
A darker interpretation of the classic Latin tequila serve, El Diablo brings together reposadotequila, blackberry, fresh lime and warming ginger with a subtle winter spice. Bold yetbalanced, it moves between sweet fruit, citrus brightness and a slow-building heat that givesthe cocktail its devilish name.
Kiwi Kiss
Fresh, playful, and silky, Kiwi Kiss takes inspiration from South American pisco sours while introducing a modern tropical twist. Pisco is shaken with fresh kiwi, lime, elderflower and a soft foam finish to create a cocktail that is vibrant, fragrant and delicately tart, a drink that feels as effortless as its name suggests.
