Bar Mercado is excited to be part of Urban Wine Walk North Melbourne, a self-guided wine tasting experience bringing together local venues, winemakers and wine lovers for one afternoon of good wine, good food and good company.
Taking place on Saturday, 8 August 2026, Urban Wine Walk invites guests to explore some of North Melbourne’s favourite venues while tasting wines from a curated selection of local and interstate winemakers.

How It Works
Guests begin by checking in at the official registration point to collect their event wristband, tasting glass and vouchers.
From there, the afternoon is self-guided. Guests can move between participating venues at their own pace, tasting wines, meeting winemakers and discovering local hospitality venues along the way.
At Bar Mercado, guests will be able to enjoy tastings from Good Vibes Wine Co. as part of the Urban Wine Walk trail.

Urban Wine Walk is a multi-venue wine tasting experience hosted by Neighbourhood Events Co. The event is designed to showcase local hospitality venues while giving guests the chance to taste wines, meet winemakers and explore the neighbourhood in a relaxed, self-guided format.
The North Melbourne edition is expected to bring together 300+ wine lovers for an afternoon of discovery, conversation and community.

Tickets are managed by Neighbourhood Events Co. and Humanitix. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
